Description of the Domaine Livera Philippe
This is quite deeply colored in the context of what is typical for the 2016 vintage. Ripe and deeply pitched aromas speak of plum liqueur, various dark berries and plenty of earth, sauvage and forest floor elements

"This is quite deeply colored in the context of what is typical for the 2016 vintage. Ripe and deeply pitched aromas speak of plum liqueur, various dark berries and plenty of earth, sauvage and forest floor elements. There is excellent richness, volume and solid mid-palate concentration to the medium-bodied flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality on the youthfully austere and impressively persistent finish where the only nit is a hint of warmth. Note that this required several hours to get rolling and if you’re going to sacrifice a bottle in the interest of "science", be sure to give it at least an hour of air first.
