"The 2012 Nuits Saint Georges is another cool site that demands a late harvest. It has a refined bouquet that might benefit from a little more vigor. The palate is medium-bodied with firm, quite obdurate tannins. This comes across as “solid” and a little “distant”, a Nuits Saint Georges that needs to find more charm so that it can engage with its audience after bottling. " (2012)
