Description of the Champagne Savart
L'Ouverture, the perfect name to present its first must-have cuvée and which constitutes its range debut in Premier Cru. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it has lovely balance, fruity notes and a fine bubble, making it a perfect Champagne for aperitifs.
It is a Premier Cru champagne exclusively harvested in Ecueil and Villiers-aux-Noeuds.
The grape variety is 100% Pinot Noir, 85% of which is pressed as a cuvée and 15% as a first size.
It is a Brut without year with a perfect dosage.
Very nice fruity notes and a remarkable complexity in the mouth
To be served around 10° C. Perfect as an aperitif or with fish such as sea bass with Champagne or monkfish with saffron.
